Please stay away from this brand. We purchased a gas stove and there was a issue with burner stand. This issue is open for 3-4 months and all we get is an arrogant technician and useless customer support. No way to escalate the issue as well.

Worst model. I would not recommend Vidiem stove to any one as we had worst experience with this particular model. Since we bought the stove we are facing only problems. Since three years of the purchase of the stove, we have changed all the burners more than three times and very worst costumer service from maya appliance.

Service. Very very poor... I bought a vidum gS stove 4 burner I booked a call for service three days before that's 27th morning. Till now i haven't got s call from them to rectify my complaint this is not the way to treat a customer
