Position: Onsite Fabrication & Erection Engineer (With QC + Planning Responsibilities) We are expanding our team for multiple high-tonnage PEB & Industrial Steel Projects and are looking for skilled and passionate engineers who can take ownership of site execution, daily planning, and quality control. Key Responsibilities 1. Fabrication & Erection Execution Monitor and execute steel fabrication and erection activities as per drawings. Supervise fit-up, welding, alignment, bolting, and assembly of structural members. Ensure correct installation of rafters, columns, purlins, bracings, mezzanines, sheeting, and accessories. Coordinate with fabrication shop for timely material readiness. 2. Quality Control (QC) Conduct stage-wise inspections : Fit-up, welding, NDT, bolting, plumb, and line checks. Maintain QC documents: WPS/PQR, welding logs, material traceability, inspection reports. 3. Planning & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly site progress plans . Coordinate with project managers, draftsmen, and client engineers. Track manpower, equipment utilization, and site productivity. Forecast material requirements, maintain MRN, DPR, and site stock. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Experience: 0 3 years in PEB Fabrication, industrial steel structures, erection or EPC projects. Hands-on knowledge of: Fabrication drawings & erection drawings Welding processes (MIG/ARC) Fitment tolerance & QC requirements Crane / man-lift coordination Strong documentation and planning skills.
