Maximize is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Visual Design Intern. What You’ll Be Doing - Design (hopefully) high-quality graphics for the Maximize app, website, social media, and marketing campaigns. Work closely with our 1 person product and sole runner of marketing "team" to turn ideas into visually striking assets. Create illustrations, banners, icons, and micro-visuals consistent with the Maximize brand identity. Contribute to UI/UX design for new product features (screens, flows, visuals). Assist in maintaining and evolving Maximize’s design system and brand guidelines (whatever we are building at least 🫠) Translate concepts (MaxCoins, rewards, partner offers) into simple, intuitive visual narratives. Iterate quickly based on feedback and try delivering pixel-perfect work on "deadlines". What We’re Looking For - Strong foundation in graphic design, visual communication, and brand design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalents. A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail, hierarchy, colour, layout, and creative thinking. Ability to work with and extend an existing brand style - clean, modern, trustworthy. Understanding of UI/UX principles is a ➕ Motion design (Lottie / After Effects / Rive) is a bonus 🫰🏼 Why you'll like working with us - Zero bureaucracy, zero fluff - just pure creation, experimentation, and high-velocity execution.
