We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Servicing Executive with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Assist in building and maintaining client relationships by understanding their goals and day-to-day requirements. Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to support the execution of advertising campaigns across digital, print, and branding. Communication: Coordinate client meetings, take notes, and share feedback with creative and strategy teams. Follow-ups & Queries: Manage client emails, respond to queries, and ensure smooth project communication. Learning & Awareness: Stay updated on the basics of advertising trends across platforms like print, digital, and video. Requirements: Experience: 0–3 years of experience; internships in advertising, marketing, or client servicing will be considered a plus. Education: MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Malayalam. Team Player: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment. Organisation: Good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
