KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities To Provide Quality clinical Care to Patients To practice evidence based medicine awareness regarding patient {Investigation- (profile/reports/plan) {Treatment- (details/drug procurement)} {Drug Allergies/ patient history} To ensure Emergency Preparedness & Response Treatment/ Procedure/ Investigations) To ensure timely attention and intervention for any query or requirement from the IP patient. To ensure that the IP rounds are duly done and the patients are attended to empathetically. To comply with patient protocols (OP-IP/OT/ Diagnostics/ ICU/ Triage) & document patient File/ Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/ complete) To ensure MLC notification / documentation and statutory compliance. To ensure Documentation at the time of Discharge To complete all OP & IP records on time with accuracy. To ensure availability/ good-working condition of the Life saving Drugs and Equipment (In conjunction with BME and report delayed response). To ensure proper Bio Medical Waste Management & follow Infection Control protocols To follow ethical Medical practice and to ensure clear and prompt communication with the Admitting as well as Referral Consultants. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. To have complete orientation of IMS and NABH system. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. To Comply with patient safety policy IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables Handling of all types of Emergency and Medico legal cases with 100% compliance Clinical management of all types of ICU / Ward patient with 100% compliance to protocols. 100% compliance with updating of Medical Record Documentation. Job Knowledge: To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role. Process Orientation/Documentation: To efficiently handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients. To ensure timely invoice generation with accuracy. To accurately share Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing and discount information with customers & achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at each interaction. To ensure timely registrations & timely report delivery. To ensure timely submission of deposited cash/cheque/drafts/ credit slips to Finance. People Orientation: To maintain and contribute to cordial inter and intra team relations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate Experience More than 1 to 5 years’ experience; preferably with 1 year or more, of service industry / Healthcare experience(Billing/TPA/Front Office) Behavioural Skills Good Communication & Inter personal skills. Open to shift duty (The role requires to do shift duties including night shifts and emergency duties on call as per monthly planned roaster). Technical Skills Good knowledge of HIS.
