Role Description We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join Max Level – India’s leading gaming PR and marketing agency (part of the NODWIN Gaming group). The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the media/brand ecosystem and the ability to build creative, ROI-driven solutions by leveraging NODWIN’s IPs and Max Level’s services across influencer marketing, PR, content, social media, and esports. Key Responsibilities Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with brands across gaming, youth, and lifestyle categories. Leverage NODWIN’s IPs and Max Level’s capabilities to build integrated marketing solutions tailored for client needs. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account handover. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand decision-makers, agencies, and ecosystem partners. Work closely with internal teams (creative, operations, content, and PR) to design impactful client pitches and proposals. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. Requirements 4–5 years of proven experience in agency sales/brand partnerships , preferably in gaming, media, or youth culture domains. Strong industry network with brand and agency decision-makers. Track record of building and closing large-ticket brand deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the gaming and youth culture ecosystem is strongly preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Company: Max Level (AFK Gaming Pvt Ltd) Location: Noida Experience: 2–4 years (Ideally with startup or agency experience) About the Role As the Finance Manager at Max Level, you will be the architect of our financial infrastructure. We are looking for a hands-on leader to transition our finance function from basic bookkeeping to a sophisticated, tech-enabled department. You will be responsible for everything from daily operational liquidity to high-level investor reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Systems & Process Design Budgeting: Build and maintain project-level budgeting templates to ensure every gaming event or content project is profitable. Workflow Automation: Identify, evaluate, and deploy a modern Finance Management/ERP tool (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally Prime, or specialized SaaS tools) that integrates with our operations. SOPs: Create standard operating procedures for project budget tracking, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, and procurement. 2. Financial Operations & Compliance Invoicing & Collections: Streamline the accounts receivable (AR) process to reduce DSOs (Days Sales Outstanding) and ensure timely collections from clients and sponsors. Taxation: Oversee timely and accurate payments/filings for GST, TDS, and Professional Tax . Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements. Payroll: Manage monthly payroll processing, including payouts, PF/ESI compliance, and tax declarations for employees. 3. Reporting & Strategy Cash Flow Management: Maintain a rolling cash flow forecast to ensure the company has adequate runway and liquidity for upcoming projects. MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly Internal MIS for the leadership team and Quarterly Investor MIS packs, highlighting burn rates, margins, and KPIs. Audit Coordination: Lead the annual statutory audit process and ensure all financial records are audit-ready at any given time. Requirements Qualification: CA Experience: Proven track record in an Indian startup environment, preferably in the media, gaming, or service agency sectors. Tech-Savvy: Deep experience with cloud accounting software and a knack for automating manual spreadsheets. Analytical Mindset: Ability to see the "story" behind the numbers and provide actionable insights to the founders. Salary bracket: ₹30,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience
