The Master Production Artist develops accurate and high-quality artwork for intermediate to complex production assignments to incorporate in final layout for assembly. In coordination with the client project team, this role incorporates branding guidelines (eg photography, text, legal requirements, etc) into artwork layout (eg packaging, circulars, etc) per clients technical specifications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Attends client meetings (eg pre-production) as necessary. Ensures high quality standards in all production client deliverables. Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality intermediate to complex level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques. Interprets concept and/or brand guidelines through to artwork execution. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and/or external clients. Performs assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow and assigned budget, according to work order specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company standards, and the clients brand guidelines and standards. Ensures client project team has most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining in the project tracking system. Meets quality standards consistently for all assigned deliverables and makes recommendations to management for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks. Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising or related field Advanced degree (MBA, Masters) preferred 6+ years of previous Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising experience Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook Internet applications. Advanced computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, Adobe Design Suite, Acrobat plus QuarkXpress, Agile, etc Proficient in Adaptive Design. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, reasoning). Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients. Job Description – SAP Logistics Architect & Project Manager ( not mandatory) - 10+ years experience. Role Overview The SAP Logistics Architect & Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP logistics solution design (70%) while also managing project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication (30%). This hybrid role ensures that business requirements are translated into scalable SAP solutions across SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and related logistics areas, while driving execution excellence through strong project governance. Key Responsibilities 1. SAP Logistics Architecture Lead solution architecture across SAP SD, MM, PP, LE, WM/EWM, and integration with FI/CO and TM. ( any one module specialist ) Define enterprise-wide logistics processes covering Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Transportation/Delivery. Conduct blueprint workshops, drive fit-gap analysis, and design scalable, global-template-aligned solutions. Provide technical direction for integrations between SAP and third-party systems (WMS, TMS, MES, e-commerce, legacy platforms). Review functional specs (RICEFW), ensure adherence to best practices, and guide development teams. Lead configuration, testing cycles, defect triage, and deployment readiness. Ensure solutions comply with performance, data, and security standards. Serve as the primary design authority for logistics topics across SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield/Brownfield). 2. Project Management (preferred) Manage project scope, timelines, resources, RAID logs, and weekly governance meetings. Track deliverables across functional and technical teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Coordinate with business SMEs, offshore teams, and global stakeholders. Lead cutover planning, migration validation, UAT cycles, and deployment activities. Prepare project status reports, risk dashboards, and executive-level updates. Drive continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall). Support budget planning, vendor coordination, and contract/task-order oversight. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in SAP Logistics modules (SD/MM/PP/WM/EWM). Strong experience as SAP Solution/Enterprise/Logistics Architect. Hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise in at least two full-cycle implementations. Experience leading cross-functional global teams in complex programs. Strong understanding of integration across logistics, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain systems. Proven project management experience with sound RAID, governance, and status reporting skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Exposure to US/Europe business processes, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
