Role Description We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer with proven experience in residential interior design to join our team. This role demands a strong sense of design, material awareness, and the ability to translate client needs into refined, technically sound solutions. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design residential interiors tailored to client lifestyles Develop space plans and detailed construction drawings (working drawings) Select and specify furniture, materials, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) Create high-quality visual presentations and moodboards for client approvals Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams for project execution Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies Conduct research to inform design innovation and sourcing Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in residential interior design Strong command over AutoCAD and preparation of detailed technical drawings Awareness of current design trends , new materials, and construction methods Excellent material knowledge and styling sensibility Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D and visualization tools Strong presentation and communication skills Proactive approach with a strong intent to research and elevate design quality Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Ability to manage timelines, vendors, and site coordination independently Please send your CV and portfolio to aishwarya@matrixdesignworks.in to apply.
