The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) using Revit MEP Prepare coordinated BIM models in line with project requirements and standards Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration Follow BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows Assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules when required Ensure timely delivery of BIM models with high accuracy and quality Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an MEP BIM Modeler Strong proficiency in Revit MEP Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection Good understanding of MEP systems and construction standards Experience in preparing LOD 300 / LOD 400 models Familiarity with international codes and standards is an advantage Ability to read and interpret design and construction drawings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
