Supervise and manage the nursing workforce, including ward supervisors, staff nurses, and nursing aides. Ensure high standards of patient care, hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols are maintained. Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and procedures in alignment with hospital standards. Oversee duty rosters, leave schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels across shifts. Conduct regular rounds to monitor nursing practices and address any issues affecting patient care. Coordinate with other departments (medical, housekeeping, administration) to ensure seamless patient care. Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards( NABH) Maintain records and reports related to nursing services, audits, and incidents. Bsc Nursing/GNM/ANM Preferred Provide direct patient care as per the consultant’s instructions and nursing protocols. Administer medications, IV infusions, and injections accurately and on time. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient progress. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
