MBA in Hospital Management Preferred with Mininum 5 Years of Experience. Oversee and coordinate all non-clinical operations of the hospital. Manage departments such as housekeeping, security, front office, biomedical, facility maintenance, and stores. Ensure effective budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. Supervise department heads (HR, Maintenance, Front Office, Billing, etc.). Maintain hospital infrastructure, facilities, and equipment to support uninterrupted services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation standards. Develop SOPs and monitor implementation across departments. Liaise with medical staff and management for seamless interdepartmental coordination. Handle grievances and patient escalations efficiently.
