As a mathematician with experience in Python, you have the opportunity to work on project-based AI tasks with Mindrift. This role involves designing mathematics problems, evaluating AI solutions, validating calculations using Python, improving AI reasoning, and applying structured scoring criteria to multi-step problems. Key Responsibilities: - Design rigorous mathematics problems reflecting professional practice - Evaluate AI solutions for correctness, assumptions, and constraints - Validate calculations or simulations using Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) - Improve AI reasoning to align with industry-standard logic - Apply structured scoring criteria to multi-step problems Qualifications Required: - Degree in Mathematics or related fields (e.g., Algebra, Calculus, Number theory, etc.) - 3+ years of professional mathematics experience - Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2) - Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation - Stable internet connection Mindrift offers project-based opportunities for mathematicians to collaborate on AI tasks for leading tech companies. Projects may require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases, with payment rates up to $10/hour. Payment details are shared per project, and rates may vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors.
