Hiring: Netcool Developer / SME (Experienced) Are you passionate about AIOps and event correlation in telecom environments? Were looking for an experienced Netcool Developer / SME to join our dynamic team and contribute to advanced monitoring and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Netcool Object Server triggers (including complex customizations). Design and implement Netcool Impact Policies for complex, cross-domain correlation. Work with CP4AIOps ASM (Topology Manager) on topology correlation, event summarization, and finalization techniques. Automate processes using scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, etc.). Collaborate with teams across different telecom domains to ensure seamless service delivery. Preferred Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Netcool ObjectServer, Impact, and OMNIbus. Understanding of telecom architecture and multi-domain service delivery. Knowledge of AIOps or automation tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
