The role involves performing various welding tasks, including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding, while working with different materials. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, and repairing metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety protocols. The Welder Fitter will work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines and production targets. Qualifications Proficient in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques Experience working with various materials and understanding material properties Strong ability in welding and assembly processes Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a welding environment Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Previous experience in the metals or fabrication industry is an advantage Technical certification or relevant vocational training in welding is preferred
