To ensure that all equipment required for production is operating at 100% efficiency at all times. Responsibilities and Duties Assist with the set-up and maintenance of moulding auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, MTC and mould electrical controls. Maintain a safe work environment in keeping 5S+1 and general housekeeping principles. Performs a variety of cleaning and general maintenance tasks as necessary. As needed, accurately document any issues with the tools, equipment, material or processes. Test operation of machine periodically Forward Monthly as well as periodic reports to supervisors Consistently work within safety guidelines and PPE requirements to assure employee and equipment safety If in doubt, discuss issue with Production supervisor and / or Assistant Manager Production for proper interpretation and resolution. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 2-3 years of Practical mechanical and process troubleshooting experience in injection molding machine environment is essential . Self discipline to operate with minimal supervision while following SOPs and department guidelines Diploma holders (Mechanical / Plastic & Polymer) , ITI (Plastic Processing Operator, Turner, Fitter) with practical experience of Mould Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Midc Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
