Responsibilities and Duties The candidate should be dealing with office-related work Attend walk-ins or meet with potential students individually to assess the profile & counsel them from scratch till Visa application Guide students & their parents through the (online) application, acceptance, registration, orientation, and evaluation processes. Able to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead. Advise students on processes & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order to study Abroad. Maintain the accurate & latest database on our platform Following up with candidates by calls and emails Scanning, Printing, Maintaining Students Records IELTS Registration for coaching and exam Should have a pleasing personality with good communication. Participate in exhibitions or seminar/ interview programs or other outreach activities to convert existing leads, generated by the Marketing / Manager / Other conversion generating activities Conduct other activities as part of ‘after-sales services’ and to maintain a relationship with ApplyCourses current students & alumni Other office work assigned by reporting manager The desired candidate should : ■ Freshers may apply ■ Female Candidate only ■ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field from any Foreign University or previous experience in Study Abroad Education Counselling is an advantage ■Excellent spoken and written skills in English ■Good spoken skills in Hindi ■Excellent communications skills ■Deliver engaging and high-quality training to students ■1 year of working experience in the related field will be given preference. ■Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s ■The candidate should have computer knowledge.
