Role & responsibilities: Aerospace Manufacturing Expertise : In-depth knowledge of aircraft component manufacturing, including NC programming, post-processing techniques, and relevant industry standards. Technical Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct technical interviews focused on NC programming and aerospace manufacturing, and assess suitability for client roles. NC Programming Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of NC programming languages (e.g., G-code, APT), CAM software, and post-processing techniques for aircraft parts. Client Collaboration: Work closely with aerospace clients to understand their specific NC programming needs and identify qualified candidates. Candidate Selection & Placement: Screen, shortlist, and present top candidates to aerospace clients, facilitating the hiring process.
