Video Editor — Job Description Job Title Video Editor Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into compelling video content that tells a story and meets project goals. You will work closely with the content/creative team to produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into finished videos with smooth transitions, sound mixing, and visual effects Collaborate with the content/production team to understand project goals and vision Trim footage segments and sequence shots to create high-quality, engaging content Add graphics, titles, subtitles, color grading, music, and sound effects Ensure consistency in style and branding across all video content Prepare and export final videos in required formats/resolutions Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Maintain and organize media files and project assets Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and software Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required) Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and audio mixing Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects) is a plus Good eye for detail and visual composition Ability to work independently and take feedback positively Strong time management and organizational skills Educational Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Work Environment Office/remote/hybrid (as applicable) Collaborative and fast-paced creative team Job Type Full-time / (mention as applicable) Benefits (You can customize based on your offer) Competitive salary Flexible work hours Health insurance Paid time off Training & development opportunities Salary - Rs.40000 to 50000 ( Negotiable) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location: In person
