Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head located in Hyderabad for the brand ZAVIA . The State Head will be responsible for leading and managing the operations within the state, developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing sales and marketing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role will also entail building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and driving business growth within the state. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Required 8 - 10 years experience in mobile or mobile accessories market Required expierence in mobile accessories market Stron g leadership and team management skillsExcel lent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProfi ciency in market analysis and strategy formulationAbili ty to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExper ience in the consumer electronics industry is preferredBache lor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
