The Role We're seeking a tech-savvy Executive Assistant who can seamlessly bridge time zones and manage complexity with calm confidence. As our founder travels extensively, you'll be the anchor keeping everything running smoothly across continents. Mars Ventures is a leading interior solutions and construction company handling end-to-end projects, including interiors, renovation, and civil works. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to drive new client acquisition, build strong relationships, and ensure project growth. Role & Responsibilities: Visit potential clients at their homes, offices, or project sites on a daily basis to generate new business. Understand client requirements and explain Mars Ventures’ interior, construction, and renovation services. Prepare and present quotations/proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure seamless project handover to the operations team. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build trust and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas for business growth. Meet monthly/quarterly targets for new projects. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, or related field). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for daily client visits. Ability to draft and present quotations professionally. Self-motivated, target-driven, and flexible to work schedules. Open to both men and women candidates. Work Schedule: Working Hours: 9 hours/day (field + office coordination).
