Role & responsibilities Laser cutting operations: nesting, programming, parameters, consumables. CNC press brake: tooling, bend sequence, spring-back control. Welding: MIG/TIG/spot process knowledge and fixture handling. Quality checks, NCR handling and CAPA implementation. Plan preventive maintenance and reduce breakdowns. Lead and train operators, maintain discipline and safety. Coordinate with PPC, QA, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch. Preferred candidate profile Manufacturing Industry, Diploma / B.E- Mechanical /ITI
