Company: MARS Management – India’s Hip-Hop Creative Solutions Agency Location: Remote / Hybrid ( Lucknow ferred) Duration: 3 Months Stipend: ₹2,000–₹3,500/month (Performance-based bonuses possible) About us: MARS Management is a leading youth-led agency focused on Indian hip-hop culture. We build branded content, curate rap events, and manage underground talent across India. Our flagship properties include ORBIT by MARS, Lucknow Hip-Hop, and event IPs include UP Wala Rap Cypher & The Underground Antriksh. We manage a community of 400+ Artists from 30+ Remote cities across whole UP. Sccessfully worked with/for Brands like Thums Up, Hero, Bacardi, Red FM etc as well as Artists like Seedhe Maut, Raga, DG, Bella, Panther, MC Insane & So more. Role Description We’re looking for a smart, organized, and music-enthusiastic intern who can manage brand communication, pitch to new collaborators, and support growth through external outreach and strategic use of social media. You’ll work closely with the content and events team, helping MARS connect with brands, colleges, and potential collaborators, while also contributing to our digital presence. > Responsibilities: Manage professional communication with brands, artists, and collaborators via email/DM Identify and pitch to youth-focused brands or colleges for events, collabs, and partnerships Support social media strategy by writing captions, engaging with followers, and tracking responses Assist in planning digital campaigns or reels that can spark audience and brand interest Contribute to growth plans and outreach documents that support business development goals Stay updated on Music industry trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with Management to align the community's voice with broader goals. > Requirements: Strong Passion for hip-hop culture, Indie music, and community building. Strong communication and writing skills (English or Hindi) Comfort with social platforms like Instagram & LinkedIn Knowledge of Music industry trends and awareness of the artists. Interest in brand strategy & outreach.
