Role & Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP & Laravel framework . Build and integrate APIs, services, and third-party platforms . Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Laravel best practices. Work with Eloquent ORM, Queues, Events, Jobs, Services, Middleware . Manage MySQL database schemas, performance tuning, and query optimization. Implement authentication (Sanctum/Passport) and role-based access control. Collaborate with remote team members using Git/GitHub and follow CI/CD processes. Troubleshoot production issues and deliver solutions within deadlines. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP & Laravel development. Strong understanding of API development, MySQL, Redis, caching & queues . Experience with unit testing (PHPUnit/Pest) is a plus. Knowledge of React/Vue is an added advantage (not mandatory). Familiarity with Docker / AWS / cloud hosting is preferred. Experience in e-commerce or logistics systems is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
