Loved the new linen collection and this store at Phoenix mall is one of the largest stores in Pune. Awesome collection for work wear with all sizes. Staff is very helpful and collection of body lotions are awesome

Best quality.. huge and nice collection .. ladies and gents section both.... prices are higher side however, never found problem related to quality. Located in Phoenix mall- pune.. four star must..

Large variety of beautiful collection... Loved it.. winter collection is awesome... If you are going to a very cold place then this place is perfect for winter shopping..☺️

Small outlet of M&S but has decent collection. It is worth visiting if you are looking for trendy cloths. Staff is helpful.

Rude staff, especially the fair girl with straight hair whose name starts with 'D'. Maharashtrian staff is also rude. you should have more north eastern girl staff who are more polite and have inborn good etiquette.

Excellent clothes choice. Great customer service. A bit expensive but their sales are good. Love their linen collection

Expensive but the quality and fitting is much better than other readymade apparel brands. Staff is courteous and enhances the shopping experience.

I have purchased T shirt from M&S 15 days back and I have noticed that the T Shirt is torn on my shoulders so I have shown the stuff in store I got immediate change of T shirt without any questions
