Job Title: Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist Location: Remote / Gurugram-based preferred (optional) Company: MarketMe.io Type: Freelance (Project-Based) About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a freelance performance marketing pro who can jump in and deliver powerful results across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. If you're a data-driven marketer who loves seeing the direct impact of your work and enjoys the flexibility of project-based work, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Strategize, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Monitor performance metrics and deliver campaign insights that drive ROI. Run A/B tests to find winning ad creatives, audience sets, and bidding strategies. Work closely with our internal creative team to ensure ads are engaging and conversion-optimized. Ensure campaigns are aligned with budget expectations and performance goals. Stay on top of the latest ad platform trends and apply learnings to active projects. Provide clear and timely performance reports for each project. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns. Proven success in ROI-driven marketing strategies. Deep knowledge of ad platform mechanics, targeting, bidding, and funnel optimization. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus. Compensation: Project-based payments (based on campaign scope, complexity, and budget).
