Job Description

Location: Delhi Type: Full-Time, On-Site Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month Reports To: Marketing Manager Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Marketing Trainee to support sales and marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and help grow brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads Visit distributors and promote products Assist in marketing campaigns Support the sales team with materials and insights Conduct market and competitor research Communicate with clients and distributors Track and report campaign performance Requirements: Any graduate (Marketing/Business preferred) 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of marketing, sales, and CRM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
