We are looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist who can help our Marketing

and Sales teams use technology better. The person will work with CRM systems,

websites, marketing tools, data, automation, and AI tools.

 Manage marketing tools such as CRM, email marketing, website/CMS, Google

Analytics, and reporting tools.

 Set up automated processes for new leads, follow-ups, lead scoring, lead

assignment, and email campaigns.

 Work with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

 Create simple reports and dashboards to track leads, campaigns, website traffic,

and results.

 Improve website pages, landing pages, forms, SEO, and user experience.

 Use data to find what is working and what needs improvement.

 Build or support AI tools such as chatbots, lead qualification tools, content tools,

and internal knowledge assistants.

 Connect different marketing systems using automation tools and APIs.

 Keep CRM data clean, correct, and well-organized.

Skills We Need

 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM,

marketing automation, or MarTech.

 Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or Microsoft

Dynamics 365.

 Good knowledge of email marketing, lead management, Google Analytics 4,

campaign reporting, and digital marketing.

 Experience with website platforms such as WordPress, TYPO3, Drupal,

Joomla, or Shopify.

 Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Power

Apps, or Copilot Studio.

 Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure

AI, or similar tools.

 Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, and JSON. Python knowledge is an

added advantage.

 Good communication skills and ability to work with Marketing, Sales, IT, and

business teams.

Good to Have

 Experience in B2B, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial, or technology

companies.

 Experience in reducing manual work through automation.

 Ability to solve business problems using simple technology solutions.

We are looking for a practical person who can understand a problem and build a

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
