Job Description: Marketing Operations

Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify, contact, and coordinate with influencers and beauty creators for brand collaborations and product promotions.
• Negotiate influencer collaborations and manage campaign deliverables.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
• Track competitors and skincare industry trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Good communication and influencer coordination skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
• Interest in skincare and beauty products.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
