Marketing Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day marketing operations in the export division, ensuring efficient project delivery and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

• Own the intake and prioritization of marketing requests
• Manage project tracking across all brands
• Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines
• Report on output and on-time delivery monthly
• Coach junior team members for growth

Must-Haves for this Role

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or agency account management.
• Experience managing a creative/content team and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in workflow management, campaign delivery, prioritisation, and process optimisation.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
