Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth

and manage key client relationships. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into

confirmed orders, owning client accounts end-to-end, and collaborating closely with product

development and design teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Convert qualified leads into confirmed purchase orders (POs)

● Manage end-to-end buyer communication including pricing, negotiation, sampling, and

timelines

● Own and grow key accounts (e.g., large retail or international buyers)

● Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business

● Forecast revenue and maintain an updated sales pipeline

● Coordinate with Product Development (PD) and Design teams for sampling, costing, and

execution

● Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of business opportunities

● Track market feedback and relay insights to internal teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Lead-to-order conversion rate (%)

● Total order value generated ($)

● Repeat business and client retention

● Gross margin achieved through negotiations

● Pipeline accuracy and forecasting

Skills & Qualifications

● Strong negotiation and communication skills

● Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships

● Understanding of product costing and manufacturing processes (preferred)

● High ownership and accountability mindset

● Ability to work cross-functionally with design and production teams

● Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
