Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, market research, digital initiatives, and promotional activities for our electronics manufacturing, SMT, and industrial automation business.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in branding, ATL/BTL marketing, campaign execution, exhibitions, partner engagement, competitor analysis, and marketing performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives.
• Build brand awareness and strengthen the company's presence in the electronics manufacturing and industrial automation markets.
• Plan brand positioning, product promotions, and integrated marketing communication activities.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, product brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
• Organise customer engagement programmes, technical workshops, partner meets, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, vendors, and media partners.
• Plan digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate qualified business leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and industry outreach.
• Coordinate website content, social media communication, case studies, and product-related marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion contribution, and return on investment.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities.
• Analyse competitor strategies, pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities.
• Identify target industries, potential customers, OEMs, EMS companies, and industrial partners.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and recommend suitable marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets.
• Track campaign performance, lead generation, brand reach, event outcomes, and marketing ROI.
• Establish marketing KPIs and submit periodic performance reports to management.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign data and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand target markets and customer requirements.
