About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Marketing Manager & Student Counsellor with 3–5 years of experience in the EdTech or education industry.

The candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, developing marketing strategies, building institutional partnerships, managing parent relationships and overseeing the complete operations of the coaching centre.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Admissions

• Counsel students and parents regarding JEE, NEET and MHT-CET preparation programmes.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
• Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and admission follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

2. Parent Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
• Address parent queries, feedback and concerns.
• Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the student's academic journey.
• Conduct regular parent meetings and follow-ups.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for early-bird and early-admission programmes.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, student acquisition and admission conversion.
• Organise seminars, workshops, orientations and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online campaigns and promotions.

4. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and develop relationships with schools, coaching institutes and educational organisations.
• Meet and negotiate with school management, principals and channel partners.
• Establish strategic tie-ups to expand the institute's reach.
• Explore new business opportunities and institutional collaborations.

5. Centre Management & Operations

• Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the centre.
• Supervise admission operations, front desk, counsellors and support staff.
• Coordinate with academic faculty and administration teams.
• Monitor student attendance, parent communication and operational activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the centre and timely execution of all activities.

6. Sales & Performance Management

• Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversion rates and admission revenue.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
• Manage the complete admission funnel, from lead generation to enrolment.

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EdTech, coaching institutes or the education industry.
• Proven experience in student counselling, educational sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling parents, students and institutional partnerships.
• Ability to independently manage centre operations.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of JEE, NEET and MHT-CET coaching markets will be an advantage.
