Job Summary
Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing & Graphic Designer who can manage marketing activities, create engaging visual content, and strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, graphic design, branding, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with café teams for new launches, offers, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Track campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing results.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
2. Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design creative posts, stories, reels covers, posters, banners, menus, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with Grey Soul Coffee Roasters' brand identity.
- Develop creatives for new product launches, café events, merchandise, and special offers.
- Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Maintain consistency in brand colours, fonts, layouts, and overall visual communication.
3. Branding & Campaign Execution
- Support influencer collaborations, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, and external vendors when required.
- Assist in planning in-store branding, signage, packaging, and merchandise designs.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns across all outlets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing and graphic design preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of Instagram marketing, content strategy, and digital trends.
- Strong creative thinking, communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- A creative eye for food photography, typography, layouts, and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to independently manage both marketing execution and graphic design.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
