Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely follow-ups regarding their business and compliance requirements.
• Telecalling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce Triotax services, explain service benefits, and generate business leads.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, convert leads into clients, follow up on quotations, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Client Follow-ups: Coordinate with existing and prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Service Promotion: Promote company services, including company registration, taxation, labour law, licensing, and regulatory compliance services.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain customer databases, update lead status, record call details, and prepare regular follow-up and sales reports.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Customer Support: Understand client requirements and coordinate with the compliance team to provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in telecalling, sales, and client interaction.
• Ability to convince prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and work towards targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer relationship management, or business development will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
