We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 12 years of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve ROI targets. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta platforms. You will be expected to monitor campaign performance metrics and budgets daily, conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting, and analyze campaign results to provide performance reports and actionable insights. Collaboration with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals will be essential. Additionally, staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices is crucial for success in this role.
