Job Overview

Neurotrix Rehab Care is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to develop hospital partnerships and promote our patient care support services.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, meeting doctors, hospital administrators, nursing supervisors and discharge coordinators to introduce our services and establish professional referral networks.

Neurotrix Rehab Care provides professional nursing services and trained caretakers for patients who require assistance during hospital stays or at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres to promote Neurotrix Rehab Care services.
• Meet doctors, hospital management, nursing supervisors and discharge coordinators.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Promote nursing care and patient caretaker services.
• Identify patients and families requiring nursing or caretaker assistance.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into service bookings.
• Understand patient care requirements and coordinate with families.
• Follow up with hospitals and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly marketing and business development targets.

• Home nursing services.

Requirements

• Any degree or diploma.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in meeting doctors and hospital management.
• Willingness to travel for hospital visits.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, field sales or business development is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
