Marketing & Events Executive

1. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Communication

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, festive promotions and store-level activities.
• Write copy for advertisements, WhatsApp messages, social media, invitations, catalogues and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with designers to develop marketing creatives and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.

2. Store Marketing & Events

• Coordinate jewellery exhibitions, bridal events, in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Manage store marketing requirements, including posters, banners, catalogues, displays and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with store teams to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Ensure all activities receive the necessary approvals before execution.

3. Vendor Management & Negotiation

• Coordinate with printers, designers, event agencies, photographers and other marketing vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
• Finalise vendors after obtaining the necessary approvals and follow up on production, deliveries and pending work.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and payment follow-ups with the Finance team.
• Build and maintain professional vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

4. Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate social media content, influencer collaborations, photoshoots and video production.
• Assist with website updates, blog content, search engine optimisation (SEO) and online store listings.
• Coordinate customer communication campaigns through WhatsApp and other approved platforms.
• Track content schedules, campaign performance and customer enquiries.

5. Society Marketing & Local Promotions

• Coordinate promotional activities in residential societies and local communities.
• Manage permissions, promotional stalls, pamphlet distribution, advertisements and customer engagement activities.
• Track enquiries, appointments and leads generated through these activities.

6. Store Operations & Customer Gifting

• Coordinate festive gifting, customer vouchers, packaging materials and store-wise gift distribution.
• Manage dispatches of marketing materials and follow up with stores on delivery.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of store displays, signage, screens and other marketing-related installations.
• Ensure store requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timelines.

7. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with senior management, Area Heads, Store Managers, internal departments and external vendors.
• Communicate requirements, timelines, feedback and approvals clearly to all stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, follow up on pending tasks and resolve coordination issues professionally.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between teams and take ownership of assigned tasks until completion.

8. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, vendors, budgets, payments and pending tasks.
• Prepare presentations, reports, quotations and campaign updates.
• Monitor deadlines, track expenses and maintain organised records of marketing activities.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on progress, challenges and completed tasks.
