The Channel Activation Lead is responsible for driving the successful implementation of channel strategies and activation plans to optimize market reach and customer engagement. This role ensures the seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across all channels while aligning with broader business objectives. The Channel Activation Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful channel activities that enhance customer experiences and drive growth.Offer Managers Develop and oversee the execution of channel activation plans to meet business and customer objectives. Lead the deployment of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to coordinate channel activities and ensure consistency in execution. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of channel activation initiatives and recommend improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance channel performance through data-driven insights and market feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of channel activities. Manage budgets for channel activation initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness 5-7 years of experience in channel activation, marketing, or sales. Proven track record of executing successful channel activation initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and consumer behavior. Experience in both digital and traditional channel environments is highly desirable. What are we looking for?
