Full job description

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify potential markets and sales opportunities.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets for the team.

2. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching or support.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

3. Client Handling

• Meet with potential buyers and provide property tours.
• Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns.
• Negotiate deals and close sales.

4. Marketing Coordination

• Work with the marketing team to plan promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
• Provide feedback on marketing material and lead quality.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Oversee the preparation of legal documents like booking forms, sale agreements, etc.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations.

6. Reporting

• Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and future sales.

8. Market Intelligence

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new projects.
• Provide insights to help with pricing, project planning, and sales strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
