Job Title : Marketing and Branding Manager Location : Mohali, Punjab Shift timings: US Shift (7pm to 4am) Reports to : Sales & Marketing Head/Director Position Overview : The Marketing and Branding Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the companys brand visibility, market positioning, and customer engagement. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that all marketing campaigns are aligned with the companys goals. The individual in this role will work to drive both short-term and long-term business growth through creative and strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Brand Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine the brand’s positioning. Develop brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Marketing Campaigns and Promotion : Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.) to build brand awareness and generate leads. Manage the execution of campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize future initiatives. Content Creation and Communication : Oversee content creation across different platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, email marketing, and traditional media. Work closely with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and effectively communicates the company’s message. Develop engaging and innovative content strategies to increase brand engagement and customer loyalty. Digital Marketing and Social Media : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing to increase online presence and engagement. Manage the company’s social media channels, ensuring timely and engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback. Monitor social media trends and develop strategies to leverage emerging platforms and technologies. Brand Monitoring and Reporting : Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to branding and marketing efforts, including ROI, customer engagement, website traffic, and sales growth. Conduct brand audits and customer feedback surveys to assess brand perception and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to recommend new branding strategies, product offerings, or marketing approaches that can enhance the company’s competitive advantage. Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing and branding budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively across campaigns and initiatives. Track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure marketing strategies support business goals and drive results. Provide training and development opportunities to the marketing team to enhance their skills and performance. Event Planning and Promotion : Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and sponsorships to promote the brand. Work with vendors, partners, and influencers to maximize event impact and brand exposure. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience : 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Skills : Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO, and content management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Preferred : Experience with e-commerce marketing and sales strategies. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with influencer marketing and PR campaigns. Expertise in video production and visual storytelling. Personal Attributes : Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about branding and marketing trends. Adaptable and open to feedback in a dynamic work environment.
