Brand & Communication Manager
We are looking for a creative, strategic and result-oriented Brand & Communication Manager to develop and strengthen the company's brand identity, manage brand communication, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
The candidate will be responsible for planning brand strategies, executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital communication, coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams, and maintaining a consistent brand image across online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice and messaging.
- Build brand awareness and improve brand visibility.
- Develop long-term brand-building initiatives.
2. Marketing & Communication
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
- Manage brand messaging across social media, website, marketplaces and other platforms.
- Develop campaign concepts, promotional content and marketing communication.
- Ensure consistency in communication across all customer touchpoints.
3. Content & Creative Management
- Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, photographers and video teams.
- Develop creative briefs for campaigns, shoots, product launches and promotions.
- Review and approve marketing creatives, captions, advertisements and brand content.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines.
4. Digital & Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and social media teams.
- Plan brand campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor brand engagement, reach, campaign performance and audience response.
- Identify new opportunities for brand growth.
5. Campaigns & Collaborations
- Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
- Manage influencer marketing, brand collaborations and PR activities.
- Coordinate photoshoots, events and brand activation initiatives.
- Track campaign budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
6. Performance & Reporting
- Monitor brand awareness, engagement and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly brand performance reports.
- Analyze competitors, market trends and customer preferences.
- Recommend strategies to improve brand positioning and market presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing & Communications.
- Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, D2C and e-commerce brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of social media, digital marketing and content strategy.
- Strong coordination, presentation and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and marketing tools.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
