I have visited Marathon Nexzone project at panvel. The project was very good. But policy of Marathon people are not good.

Just a regular corporate park with no parking facility for neither employees nor visitors. Prime locality is what fetching them business.... Otherwise their existence would've been questioned.

Marathon never adhere to possession date given by them in their agreement. All projects are running late in possession. Our possession date is December 17 but building is not 50% completed.
