The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the office. Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Office Administration: Maintain the office reception area, keeping it clean and organized. Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs and attendance registers. Coordination: Assist the HR or Admin team with basic clerical duties (filing, photocopying, etc.). Requirements: Education: High school diploma (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree. Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel) is a plus. Communication: Good verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred).
