Cant opt for less than 1 star. Living here since 9 months and project is complete mess. Poor quality construction where even small paintings cant stay on wall. Flats are full of seepages. Nothing is ready including club house, parking etc …

This seems to be the only mid size builder delivering projects. Maybe not on time but I am invested in 2 of their projects in gurgaon and construction quality is good. Since I bought both units for investment purpose I am ok with the delays as overall market is down.

Ample space for parking. Parking charges Rs 50.00 per car. Parking in three layer. Lift us available from lower most parking layer B3 for all floors. Office is nicely maintained. People are co-operative. I could not find Mapsko signage or I might have missed. Mapsko Office is on 6th floor.

I’m amazed to see the residential complexes offered by Mapsko. I and my family just shifted to one of their apartments. I have to say we got a heaven to live in. The residency is clean and has all nearby basic amenities such as shopping malls, entertainment, food court, parks, gardens, etc.
