It is a good hotel but the food quality is just ok. We ordered dahi kebabs which were not good as the curd stuffed in was very sour in taste. You can visit once in a while because it is centrally located near gemini continental. You get dastarkhwaun outlets near the place.

i went there for some work, rooms were clean n room services were also good. but the food was little spicy.. yet the lighting n all were nice.. nice bedding was provided. located in almost in the centre of the lucknow hence it was easy to commute anywhere from there.

Rooms are spacious. Service is average. Cleanliness is ok|| Food is not good but since nearby places have many eateries one can easily go out to eat or order by phone. Parking is there . For Short trips this is good option

Very poor service. Stained sheets not laundered in months. Ineffective air con. Half empty opened water bottle. Low water pressure in bath. No English channels. High room rates. Highly avoidable. ||||Sheets not changed inspire of repeated complaints. Slept on bath towels due to hygiene concerns.

Cleanliness is not good. When I visited the hotel. The bed sheets were not changed. The pillow cover but not changed. I had to. Call and ask to change the sheets. Then it was changed. Also. No toiletries were provided. Except ₹3 soap.
