Key Responsibilities:Interact with walk-in customers and provide product recommendations. Support marketing campaigns to promote jewellery collections and offers. Handle local promotions, events, and customer outreach. Maintain product knowledge and assist in visual merchandising. Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance. Candidate Requirements:12th pass and above, with interest in sales and customer engagement. Freshers welcome; previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus. Good interpersonal skills with presentable appearance. Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies. Local area knowledge of Gorakhpur preferred.
