Key Performance Area

Manufacturing Systems Engineering for Aluminum, Stainless Steel & Super alloy projects

Accountability & Responsibility:

• Process Planning and methods work such as Process Flow, FMEA control plan preparation, Route Card , Configuration Management
• Knowledge on machine programming, machine setting, Inspection and Prove out.
• Knowledge on Turning centers VMC, HMC with Multi axis.
• CAM Programming for Turning and Milling upto 5 axis (Optional-Must be willing to Learn)
• Awareness of AS 9100 / TS 16949,
• Sound GD&T Knowledge Need to Study the Customer Drawings for Costing.
• Should Provide inputs to design of tools / fixtures / gauges.
• Improve the production line tooling`s, cycle time and tool life
• Cost working , Cycle time Calculation

Qualification & Experience:

• DME, Matrix ,BE / BTech with 5 years of experience in Aerospace / Automobile components machining /manufacturing industry.
