Job Overview: Estaa (https://www.estaa.in/) is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manual Designer to join our innovative team. As a Manual Designer at Estaa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our unique designs and contributing to the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you have 3-5 years of Manual design experience, preferably in the jewelry field, and a passion for creating exquisite pieces, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities: · Advanced Digital Modeling : Utilize your expertise to create intricate and precise 3D models of jewelry designs using industry-standard CAD software, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. · Collaboration : Work closely with junior designers and collaborate with the design team to guide projects from concept to final production, providing mentorship and expertise. · Prototyping and Iterative Design : Lead the prototyping process, ensuring designs meet the brand's aesthetic standards. Drive iterative design processes based on feedback from the design team and other stakeholders. · Technical Excellence : Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and emerging techniques to enhance the efficiency and quality of the design process. · Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough reviews of CAD models to ensure they meet the brand's specifications and are ready for seamless integration into the production phase. · Communication and Cross-functional Collaboratio n: Effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. Qualifications: · Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience as a CAD Designer in the jewelry industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of sophisticated designs. · Technical Proficiency : Mastery of CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of gemology and jewelry manufacturing processes is highly desirable. · Creativity and Detail Orientation : Exceptional artistic abilities with an acute attention to detail, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of precision and quality. · Adaptability : Openness to feedback, willingness to iterate on designs, and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Education: A degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Weekend availability Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Manual jewelry design: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
