Not an ethical builder. Cheated many customers with its dubious schemes like buy back. Made customers life a hell with financial and mental torture. If you are buying, please read the reviews before going with Mantri and I'm pretty sure not a single customer will go with Mantri knowing them well.

Worst builder in world I should say . Just search for Mantra Website Owners Group a d you will come to know . Many of my friends have invested money in their project and waiting for the last 8 years to get their home . Mantri people will enjoy your hard earned money and you will be broke of you invest in their projects.

Worst of all developers. They never care for their customers. They treat their customers as their slaves. Their projects are never completed. They force their customers / flat owners to beg for all amenities to provide. Most unorganized company and never prepared to listen to their customers.

They are fraud builders. The serenity project is stuck for over 10 years and no response from these fraudsters. Pls do not invest with them

One of the biggest crooks. It's been 7 years but still no keys. Taken 95% of money 5 years back. Dont book your dream house with these crooks unless you want to burn your hard earned cash.

Pretty bad - The delay is on an average 18 months for every apartment they launch - Actually, they claim to be a premium builder, but when asked about the delay say that all builders delay by 1.5 years. If that is the case, why charge a premium using the brand name?
