Not an ethical builder. Cheated many customers with its dubious schemes like buy back. Made customers life a hell with financial and mental torture. If you are buying, please read the reviews before going with Mantri and I'm pretty sure not a single customer will go with Mantri knowing them well.

Many of my friends have invested money in their project and waiting for the last 8 years to get their home . One of the biggest crooks. It's been 7 years but still no keys. Taken 95% of money 5 years back. Dont book your dream house with these crooks unless you want to burn your hard earned cash.

Pretty bad - The delay is on an average 18 months for every apartment they launch - Actually, they claim to be a premium builder, but when asked about the delay say that all builders delay by 1.5 years. If that is the case, why charge a premium using the brand name?
