Key Responsibilities of a Labour Warden: · Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and the facility itself is a primary responsibility. This includes monitoring entry and exit points, addressing security concerns, and maintaining a safe environment. · Enforcement of Rules and Regulations: Implementing and enforcing hostel rules and regulations, ensuring residents adhere to established guidelines. This also includes reporting any violations of rules and regulations to the appropriate authorities. · Resident Well-being: Providing support and guidance to residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall well-being. This may include counseling and mentoring residents, as well as addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise. · Facility Management: Overseeing various aspects of facility management, including cleaning, and maintenance. This also involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel premises. · Communication and Coordination: Maintaining effective communication with residents, staff, parents, and external stakeholders, including coordinating with other departments such as the kitchen and medical staff. · Emergency Preparedness: Ensuring the facility is prepared for emergencies, including developing and implementing emergency plans and coordinating with emergency services during an event. · Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of incidents, resident activities, and any other relevant information. · Staff Supervision: Supervising and managing staff members, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and adhering to established protocols. Eligibility Criteria : Qualification : Any Degree Age : Above 35 Years Gender : Male Candidates preferable Experience : More than 4 years worked as warden in any industry circumstances or Institutions. Should be knowledge about Hostel compliances are most welcome. salary : Rs. 17,000 /- to Rs.18,000 /- (Per month) (Negotiable based on your Experience) Note : Retired Police officers or Military Background are most preferable (Male or Female) (Should be Energetic and Enthusiastic.)
